"And the winner is ... DOT-it," was the announcement yesterday evening at the award ceremony for the Customer Service Prize of the Federal Association of German DIY, Building and Garden Specialist Stores. Clearly standing out from its rivals in the "Innovation and Design" category, the small, cable-free LED lamp, DOT-it, manufactured by OSRAM, was able to scoop up this outstanding first prize.
