Like all OSRAM products our Automotive Care and Equipment products are carefully checked high quality products. Therefore OSRAM offers a 2 years guarantee.
The guarantee comes with the following products:
- AirZing™ Mini
- BATTERYcharge SOLAR 20W
- BATTERYcharge SOLAR 100W
- BATTERYcharge SOLAR 200W
Here's how the guarantee works:
If the products mentioned above fail to work properly as a result of a product defect in non-commercial applications during the several years period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee. Please note: The guarantee applies only to countries with customer service addresses.
To receive a replacement, please fill out the form for quality claims below. In individual cases you will receive a similar product, or a credit note for the purchase price. Your statutory rights to defective goods remain unaffected. Submit the form and you will be contacted soon.
